Our mediation sessions are structured to produce a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which can be used for court filings or future agreements. We offer additional services for court-related documentation beyond the MOU, or you may choose to retain separate legal counsel.

We provide neutral arbitration services on a contingency basis for eligible injury cases set for arbitration at the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Center.
