    Our mediation sessions are structured to produce a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which can be used for court filings or future agreements. We offer additional services for court-related documentation beyond the MOU, or you may choose to retain separate legal counsel.

  • We provide neutral arbitration services on a contingency basis for eligible injury cases set for arbitration at the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Center.

Pricing

  • One-Time Administrative Fee: $475
    Covers the initial consultation, scheduling, document review, and case assessment.

    Option 1: $2,500 (No Minor Children)

    - Up to 3 mediation sessions (2 hours each)

    - Drafting of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) summarizing agreements

    Option 2: $3,500 (With Minor Children)

    - Up to 3 mediation sessions (2–3 hours each)

    - MOU includes parenting plans, custody terms, and financial agreements

    Optional Add-On Legal Services

    Should you choose to have us draft legal documents or represent you at your final court hearing, we offer the following fixed-fee services:

    Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA): Starting at $950

    Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage: Starting at $950

    Allocation Judgment (Parenting Plan): Starting at $1,200

    Prove-Up Court Appearance: $550

    Note: Use of these services is entirely optional. The MOU from mediation can be used independently or shared with your attorney for filing.

    Note:The starting prices reflect the base cost for mediation services. Additional fees may apply based on the complexity and specifics of each case.

  • Each month, we reserve a limited number of pro bono or reduced-fee mediation slots for those experiencing financial hardship.

    Priority for these services is given to individuals referred by legal aid organizations who were unable to receive assistance due to capacity constraints.

    Direct applications are also considered, contingent upon a thorough review of tax and financial documents to verify low-income status.

    As a trained mediator and collaborative attorney, Joerika helps families resolve conflict in ways that minimize harm and foster long-term stability. She also oversees the center’s operations, develops program strategy, and ensures quality and consistency across all services.

She manages mediator training and supervision, supports complex case facilitation, and helps shape the center’s client experience.
