Lead Supervising Mediator

Ericka's extensive clinical social work experience, spanning over a decade, provides invaluable expertise to our mediation center. Holding a Master of Social Work from the esteemed UIC School of Social Work, she possesses the clinical license and independent practice capabilities that underscore her advanced skill set.

As our lead mediator, Ericka expertly guides clients through complex family dynamics and conflict resolution, empowering them to navigate difficult transitions. She partners closely with Attorney Stitt to ensure a strength-based foundation for all our work, and skillfully supervises and trains our contract mediators, fostering their professional development.

Her deep understanding of human behavior and conflict resolution, honed through years of dedicated practice, allows her to create a supportive and effective mediation environment.

Ericka's also a passionate traveler, and exploring new places and cultures is a big part of her life. This global experience enhances her empathy and cultural competence, directly informing her approach to both social work and mediation.
